Take a chana wash and soak at overnight then pressure cook add 1 tsp salt.
Take a mixing bowl put flour,urad dal flour and all ingredients mix then add oil rub in your hand add luke warm water mix and make a soft dough rest in 30 minutes.
Take a wok put oil then add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown then add ginger,tomato puree and all spices saute then add boiled chana stir add released water for gravy boil garnish kasuri methi.
Take a wok put half litre oil then oil heat make a small balls roll on and fry for both sides.
