Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1bowl


  • Urad dal flour 1/2bowl


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp


  • Pepper 1/4tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Kasuri methi crushed 1tsp


  • Coarsely gring coriander 1/4tsp


  • Dry coriander crushed 1/2tspDry roasted grinded cuminseeds 1tsp


  • Hing 1/2tsp


  • Oil 2tbsp


  • Lukewarm water 1 bowl


  • Oil 1/2litre


  • White chana 1bowl


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2tsp


  • Tomato puree 1 laddle


  • Oil 3tbsp


  • Chop onion 3


  • Garlic paste 1tsp


  • Ginger paste 1tsp


  • Kasuri methi 1/2tsp


  • Lemon juice 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a chana wash and soak at overnight then pressure cook add 1 tsp salt.
  • Take a mixing bowl put flour,urad dal flour and all ingredients mix then add oil rub in your hand add luke warm water mix and make a soft dough rest in 30 minutes.
  • Take a wok put oil then add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown then add ginger,tomato puree and all spices saute then add boiled chana stir add released water for gravy boil garnish kasuri methi.
  • Take a wok put half litre oil then oil heat make a small balls roll on and fry for both sides.
  • Then serve bedmi poori with white chana.
